This portfolio showcases the work I have done over the course of my career, even if many of my most recent projects were finished through my company. All of the SharePoint examples on this page were created using out of the box SharePoint features, with no coding or third-party tools.
HUB Intranet Site - Out of box features
Following site has been created using the SharePoint HUB structure available in SharePoint Online.
All of the features used are out-of-box web parts used in Landing HUB page while other departmental sites are associated with HUB to roll up the information. Web parts used:

Following an extensive investigation of the demands of content users, end users, and site owners, the security architecture was redesigned. Following that, a unique security architecture based on AD Security Groups, Dynamic Groups, and SharePoint Groups was introduced to successfully satisfy a wide range of content security and accessibility needs. Furthermore, special security requirements were satisfied by developing custom Permission Access Levels.
Migration from Classic to Modern SharePoint - Out of box features
The migration from the Classic SharePoint environment to the Modern SharePoint environment was started in response to the introduction of Modern SharePoint and the rising demand for responsive design. This project required a thorough evaluation of existing sites and the necessary conditions, leading to a variety of migration strategies:
In-Place Migration:
- In-Place Migration was chosen for a few sites based on their unique scenarios.
- To achieve this, responsive versions of Classic pages had to be created.
- The old calendar format has been transformed into the new calendar format.
- Landing pages underwent a redesign that included news web parts as well as newly introduced web components like quick links, connected web parts, and customizable list/library views.
Migration to New Sites:
- To determine the goal of the content and its structural requirements, a thorough site analysis was carried out.
- Customer-facing content was moved to Communication sites after a careful analysis to increase external visibility and engagement.
- In contrast, to promote effective collaboration within the organisation, team-centric content and collaborative workspaces were moved to Microsoft Teams.
- Approval process were implemented to publish the data between MS teams and Communication sites.
Calendar Overlay - Out of box features
Showing all employee holidays and public holidays into one calendar look.
- Different colors are representing different employees or the countries to highlight the holidays.
Custom View - Audit List - Out of box features
Following list is the back end logging list for Approval Workflow associated with INTRANET site.
- Using out of the box Custom JSON formatting and View formatting, this custom view is developed to look into the approval of document for auditing purposes
- Out-of-box logging of the step-step approval process for content management in an Intranet Site
- Logged info, error and warning level details to troubleshoot any kind of errors

Enhancing Search Capabilities in SharePoint Online Using PNP Open-Source Web Part
We seamlessly integrated the PNP Open-Source Web Part in the SharePoint Online environment to develop a customized search solution for list and view functions.
- The main tool for modifying and managing the data was the backend master list, which also functioned as the search web part's principal Data Source. By adding managed properties to the tenant search schema, the search capabilities were improved.
- We implemented an embedded search web component into the SharePoint site pages and put up a result set view to display search results. In order to improve the search experience, we have added improved search filters, giving consumers useful choices for limiting their search results.
